PS4 users will have to download the tracks individually, unfortunately. Xbox One and North American PS4 players have had access for a week, but with the addition of European PSN support it should work everywhere as long as your local weekly PSN update has arrived.

To get these 83 songs, you'll need to download them as DLC, under the title Rock Band 3 Export Pack. Rock Band 4 now supports the on-disc setlist of Rock Band 3. For eligible players the process is free but (as the music licensing has since expired for the export offer) if you did not previously purchase and export Rock Band 1 on the previous generation of consoles you will not be able to export and download this content into Rock Band 4.Everyone everywhere can now bring their Rock Band 3 favourites into Rock Band 4. These tracks will never export from Rock Band 1. Harmonix advises it is working to get these exports available “as soon as possible.” Harmonix notes that the three tracks from the original Rock Band setlist that never exported to subsequent Rock Band games (Black Sabbath’s “Paranoid”, Iron Maiden’s “Run to the Hills”, and Metallica’s “Enter Sandman”) remain off-limits for Rock Band 4. The Rock Band export is not yet available for European PlayStation territories (SCEE) or for Xbox One. Clicking will take you to the PS Store where you can download all the tracks. For players who purchased the export license back on PS3 it will say FREE to the right of the text. Eligible Rock Band 4 players are advised to head to the “Get More Songs” tab, scroll down to “Exports”, and select the “RB1 Disc Export Pack”.
